Payment
 

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and money orders in U.S. dollars. To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the credit card billing address (the address your credit card statements are mailed to). Orders cannot be processed without the correct billing address & will be cancelled if the billing & shipping address do not match. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as " HFL Sales ". 

 
Shipping
 

Shipments are via UPS only. We offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air delivery. (BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES) Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS will be cancelled.

 

In stock Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders ship within 1 business day & in stock Ground items ship within 3-4 business days after payment has cleared. To see how long UPS ground shipping will take, click here.

 

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship via 2nd Day Air,  Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air.

 
Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
 
We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
 
All shipments are insured.
 
We do not provide tracking numbers but you can check the status of your order, check all orders you have placed, & print an invoice by logging in with the username & password you created when you placed your order.
 
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Once the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
 
Return Policy
 
All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee for each item returned/exchanged, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers.
 
Items returned must be in new, unused condition with undamaged original manufacturers box & packaging. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. Damaged packaging or box (original manufacturers box) or returns without the original box will result in a $5.00 fee.
 

We will not accept returns of items with obvious signs of use.
No returns on clearance items. (item names that begin with CL)

 
You must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Failure to notify us within a 3 day period will result in refusal of your return.
 
We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers.
 
If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. 
 
All returns must be preceded with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which may be obtained by email. Any item returned without an RMA will not be considered for return and reshipped back to the return address at your expense. Once you notify us, you will be issued an RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have 3 days to return the items to us. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or not shipped back within 3 days of receiving your item, will be refused and shipped back to sender.
 
It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping. Allow 2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.
 
All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase price minus a $5 fee per item.
 
Privacy
 
We are committed to protect the privacy of our customers. Information that we collect is used solely to process orders and make your shopping experience the best it can be. We do not sell, give away or rent your personal details to any organization outside the HFL Sales staff. We package all items discreetly with our return address HFL Sales.
